The client asked us to develop a business strategy that would help him to grow his small retail business nationwide.


We started with analysis of secondary data. Then, we conducted a thorough analysis of the domestic and international off-line and on-line competition. Moreover we have organised few rounds of in-depth interviews.  Additionally, after the qualitative stage, we have ran quantitative study i a form of Internet questionnaire with the research sample of 200 people.

Based on the results we prepared a consumer segmentation of the category, recommended target group and devised the positioning concept brand incl. its name and tagline as well as communications strategy. 


Based on the approved business and brand strategy incl. positioning statement, target group, benefit ladder, brand personality, tone of voice, color coding, brand name and tagline the agency developed brand identity materials incl. logotype, business cards, stationery, posters, product leaflet, key visuals for outdoor and press campaign. Additionally we designed the website
